Today I received a gift that I was not expecting.  I didn’t ask for it.  I didn’t see it coming.  But the gift rocked my world in a big way.  

On my way home, I was thinking about the lessons that I’ve learned in my life.  I’ve learned to expect God to do great things in my life.  I’ve learned to try not to expect too much from people because many times I find myself disappointed.   I’ve learned to expect God to do amazing things through people in my life that equal great things in my life.  

Then, today He did.

I have to learn to trust.  Even though you’ve proven yourself trustworthy time and time again, something in me is waiting for you to break that trust.  My trust is growing daily.  Thank you.
