I am becoming consumed with human trafficking. I want to make a difference. I want to be a part of helping to set the captives free. I have a lot of ideas to help families get out of poverty so that they have an option other than selling their children into slavery.
What perplexes me is how to stop Americans from stealing children and selling them into the sex trade. Men in our country have an appetite for children. It’s a multi-billion dollar industry. It’s illegal yet thriving.
Do these men not know that they are stealing the innocence of our youth? Do they not care? Where is the protection for these children? Why are the victims treated as criminals and the victimizers let go?
How can I be involved in this movement when I want to scream at and humiliate the men who support this human rights atrocity?
Open your eyes and see what is going on around you. Please.
