Great blog on what worship leaders wish their pastors knew. I have struggled in the last few years with what I wanted to express to our pastor. He is the senior pastor as well as the main worship leader, since he leads 2 weekends of the month. Also because he hasn’t given the authority of the main worship leader to anyone else. Thanks for the encouragement.
