Are there any technologically advanced people who read this thing? My printer will not allow me to print (HP Laserjet 3600) and HP wants to charge me $40 for tech support. If you help me, I’d be greatly appreciative.
*mental note to self: do not buy HP products in the future*
It could be a lot of different things:
1. Wrong Driver Software
2. Host Problem (computer is not talking to the printer)
3. Problem with printer (see if you can print out a page from the printer just using the printer)
