Well, today I either made the best move of my working career or I commited career suicide.  Don’t know which. 

We had a meeting about this huge meeting that we are planning to have in October or November.  At the end of the meeting, we started talking job descriptions/job allocations.  At the end, I asked where I fit into the bigger scheme of things.  After some translation issues, I finally point blank asked my bosses to give me more work.  I told them that I am bored and that I need something more to do.  I was probably more honest than I’ve ever been in a work environment.  So, we’ll see how that pans out.
